I am a licensed therapist providing online and phone-based therapy to clients in Arizona and Texas. I also currently provide personal and business coaching in person and online. I started Rubicon Therapy in the spirit of empowering others to love and accept all parts of themselves, while learning how to navigate the difficulties of life. I offer individual and family therapy sessions with clients of all ages. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy and Trauma therapies are some of the foundations to my therapeutic style. Furthermore, I strongly believe in learning from integrative and holistic approaches to benefit and strengthen the mind-body connection. I also enjoy using somatic therapy and mindfulness strategies to assimilate the experience of wellness throughout the body, as well as the mind.

I have experience with clients of all ages and have worked in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings, as well as in schools, residential, and therapeutic group home programs. My passion is integrating a trauma-informed approach with clients who have experienced various traumas and abuse. I am familiar with emerging modalities and research, and am always integrating evidenced-based treatments and tools when available into personalized treatment plans. I have certifications and trainings in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Clinical Trauma Specialist.

My goal is to provide a safe place where you can come explore ways to make life more fulfilling and gratifying on a daily basis. Together, we can strengthen your foundation of self-worth and examine negative self-talk, limiting beliefs and manage difficult emotions.
